1. Consultation and Planning

We start by understanding your vision, property, budget, timeline, and overall goals for your custom home.

We provide plans, engineering, permits, site preparation, selections, and budgeting so the project is ready for construction.

2. Design & Preconstruction

We get to work, we make sure your project gets built according to plans. With our subcontractor specialist and carpenters to get your home built. We manage the entire build from foundation and framing through mechanical systems, finishes, and final details.

3. Construction (The fun part)

We complete final inspections, review the home with you, address remaining details, and deliver your finished custom home.

4. Final Walkthrough and Completion

Our pre-construction service is simple and effective. We help design your home according to your budget. One of the many benefits of having a general contractor early is to help you design a realistic project for your budget. Architectural, civil , structural, and mechanical engineering with Title 24, to seamlessly pull your permits under one company.
